Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 to 75
- Your breast cancer is confirmed ER-positive (>10%), PR-positive (>1%), and HER2-positive (IHC 3+ or IHC 2+ with ISH amplification)
- You have stage II or III breast cancer (not stage IV) and it’s your first time being treated for this breast cancer
- You have enough general health: good heart strength on ultrasound, acceptable EKG timing (QTc), and blood/liver/kidney tests within limits
- You can have a biopsy and agree to follow study visits and treatment plan
- You have not had any cancer treatment before for this breast cancer (no chemo, radiation, targeted therapy, or hormone therapy)
