This study builds a health registry to learn how long COVID affects children, teens, and adults over time. It may help by improving understanding of symptoms and care, even if it does not test a new drug.

Who can take part

  • You (or your legal guardian) can give written consent to join
  • You had confirmed or likely COVID-19, based on test results or doctor findings
  • You may have received COVID-19 vaccines, or you may be unvaccinated—either can qualify if COVID was likely/confirmed
  • Your medical records include long-COVID-related or vaccine-related post-COVID codes
  • No later information should overturn the long-COVID or vaccine-related diagnosis
  • Your symptoms must not be better explained by another illness, and you must not be pregnant
