Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older
- You have a B-cell malignancy that has relapsed or is refractory
- Your general health is fairly good (performance status 0 or 1, as assessed by the study)
- Your kidneys, liver, heart, and lungs are working well enough for treatment
- If you can get pregnant or could father a child, you can use reliable birth control during the study and for at least 12 months after infusion
- You do not have certain recent treatments, infections, or medical conditions that could make CTX112 unsafe for you
