Who can take part

  • You must be age 18 or older.
  • Your cancer must be a specific B-cell cancer that has returned (or not responded), such as CLL/SLL, DLBCL, FL, MCL, MZL, WM, or PCNSL.
  • You must have had enough prior treatment (at least 2 prior treatments for most, or 1 for PCNSL) and have no other known treatment likely to help.
  • You need “measurable” cancer that the study doctors can track (based on your cancer type’s rules).
  • Your physical stamina (ECOG) must be 0 or 1 (or 0–2 for PCNSL with secondary brain/spinal involvement).
  • Your organs and bone marrow must be strong enough for study treatment.
