Who can take part

  • Be age 18 or older and have confirmed antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) by Sydney criteria
  • Have had an arterial blood clot event in the past (or an imaging finding of brain infarct without symptoms)
  • Be taking a blood thinner plan your clinician considers appropriate, such as warfarin-like medication (INR in a target range) plus or minus aspirin, or a dual antiplatelet regimen
  • Be able to take part in follow-up/visits as the study needs (not blocked by location or other practical issues)
  • Be willing to sign informed consent (where required)
