  • You are a woman between 18 and 40 years old
  • You have infertility with no clear cause, or the cause is male or blocked fallopian tubes (tubal factor)
  • You have had repeated embryo transfers (at least two or more transfers of 3 good-quality embryos) without a clinical pregnancy
  • You have French health coverage (including AME, if applicable) and can sign consent
  • You do not have specific medical causes of repeated failure, like certain immune or infection-related problems
