Who can take part

  • You had a kidney transplant at any time from 2000 onward.
  • Before the transplant, you were diagnosed with focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) or minimal change disease (MCD).
  • Your diagnosis in the native (original) kidney was not any other kidney disease.
  • Your FSGS or MCD was not caused by another known condition (for example lupus, IgA nephropathy, or cancer).
  • This is a retrospective (past-data) study, meaning it uses existing medical records rather than asking for new consent.
