Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have metastatic or unresectable colorectal cancer and will receive irinotecan-based treatment (with or without an anti-EGFR medicine)
  • You feel well enough for treatment (WHO performance status 0 to 2)
  • Your blood counts and organ tests are within required ranges (bone marrow, liver, and kidney)
  • You can sign the study consent form
  • Your cancer is not MSI-high and you do not have deficient MMR proteins
