  • Be between 4 and 17 years old
  • Have cerebral palsy at a higher support level (GMFCS III, IV, or V)
  • You (parent/guardian) can give written informed consent (or the child can if able)
  • Be covered by a health insurance plan
  • Have no history of spinal surgery
  • Not currently enrolled in another treatment-focused research study
