- You have an adult spinal deformity causing abnormal spine/pelvis alignment
- You can think clearly enough for testing (Mini-Mental State Exam score 25+ for patient group)
- You can walk on your own for at least 50 meters (without a walking aid)
- You can attend follow-up visits and fill out questionnaires
- You must agree to participate by signing informed consent
