Who can take part
- Be at least 17 years old (or older)
- Have knee osteoarthritis symptoms and an MRI that confirms it
- Your MRI must not show loose or displaced cartilage or meniscus fragments
- You tried first-choice (conservative) treatments in the last 3 months without enough relief
- You must be able to safely take part: no major bleeding/anticoagulant use, no serious heart/lung/kidney/liver problems, and no immune suppression
- You should not be pregnant (or planning pregnancy) during the study
