Who can take part

  • You have arthritis-related wear-and-tear or inflammation in specific areas (often knee or hip, but also shoulder, Achilles tendon, sacroiliac joint, wrist/hand, foot/ankle, or plantar fasciitis)
  • Your doctor feels you don’t have other major medical problems that would make the procedure unsafe for you
  • You can understand the study and agree to the consent form
  • You can provide enough donor tissue for the treatment (from around blood vessels and the tissue matrix, as directed by the study team)
  • You are healthy enough to tolerate the procedure and complete follow-up visits and tracking
  • You do not have key safety exclusions (like active infection or certain medications/conditions) as judged by the study team
