Safety and dosing study of MN-08 tablets in healthy adults

Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension

Who can take part

  • Aged 18 to 45, and a non-smoker (no tobacco or nicotine use for 3 months before screening)
  • Healthy enough for study labs and exams, with no major illness or surgery in the 4 weeks before the first dose
  • If you can become pregnant: you must not be pregnant, and you must use reliable birth control (or stay abstinent) during the study and for 90 days after
  • If you are male and have sex with someone who could become pregnant: you must use condoms and (if needed) follow sperm protection rules for 90 days after the last dose
  • Have normal vital signs and heart tracing (ECG), and no major abnormal lab results or blood infections like hepatitis B, hepatitis C, or HIV
  • Avoid certain substances and timing: no drugs of abuse, no heavy alcohol use, and follow limits on caffeine/tea/coffee and other medicines before dosing
