Who can take part
- Aged 18 to 45, and a non-smoker (no tobacco or nicotine use for 3 months before screening)
- Healthy enough for study labs and exams, with no major illness or surgery in the 4 weeks before the first dose
- If you can become pregnant: you must not be pregnant, and you must use reliable birth control (or stay abstinent) during the study and for 90 days after
