Who can take part
- You must be a healthy adult aged 19 or older (this is typical for early-phase trials).
- Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.0 and 30.0 kg/m².
- You must agree to use highly effective contraception (except hormonal methods) from signing consent until 14 days after the last dose, and not donate sperm or eggs.
- You must not have taken certain medications (like barbiturates) within 30 days, or any prescription, over-the-counter, herbal, or dietary supplements within 10 days before the first dose.
- You must not have had stomach or intestinal surgery (except simple appendectomy or hernia repair) or have diseases that affect drug absorption.
- You must not have participated in another clinical trial with an investigational product within 6 months before the first dose.
- You must be able to avoid foods containing grapefruit from 48 hours before the first dose until the last blood sample.
- You must not be pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
