Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 30 on the body mass index (BMI) scale (a measure of weight relative to height).
- You are a healthy adult, as determined by the study doctor.
- You agree to use a highly effective birth control method (except hormonal birth control like the pill) from when you sign up until 14 days after your last dose, and not donate sperm or eggs during that time.
- You have not taken certain medications (like prescription drugs, over-the-counter meds, herbs, or supplements) within 10 days before the first dose, or drugs that change liver enzymes within 30 days.
- You do not have a history of stomach or bowel surgery (except for appendix or hernia removal) that could affect drug absorption.
- You have not been in another clinical trial where you received an experimental drug within the past 6 months.
- You can avoid grapefruit and grapefruit products for 48 hours before your first dose until the final blood draw.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant.
