Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have a confirmed or suspected diagnosis of arrhythmia-induced cardiomyopathy (from clinic notes or screening)
- You are able to sign the study consent
- You are not in the middle of a major acute emergency (for example, major heart attack, serious infection with organ problems, major trauma, right after heart surgery, or shock/very unstable blood pressure)
- Your expected survival is at least 1 year (not end-of-life care)
