Who can take part
- You have atrial fibrillation or atrial flutter that does not stop on its own.
- A heart imaging test (like an echocardiogram, MRI, or CT scan) showed your heart's pumping strength was below 50%, and that test was done within 3 months of a heart rhythm procedure.
- You are willing and able to sign a consent form and understand the study.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You do not have other known causes of heart muscle weakness, such as severe heart valve disease, blocked arteries that haven't been repaired, or heavy alcohol use.
