Gene therapy safety study for neovascular macular degeneration

Who can take part

  • You can sign the consent form and are willing to follow study instructions
  • You are age 50 to 85 and have been diagnosed with nAMD
  • In the past 6 months, you had at least 3 anti-VEGF injections and are still on active treatment
  • Your eye scans and vision results suggest you responded in a specific way to anti-VEGF treatment
  • Your study eye has an intraocular lens implant for at least 3 months (pseudophakic)
  • You do not have certain eye conditions (like other causes of abnormal vessel growth, retinal detachment history, or uncontrolled glaucoma)
