- Best corrected visual acuity between 20/40 and 20/400 in the study eye (for most participants)
- No history of gene therapy or oligonucleotide therapy
- No other eye diseases that affect central vision in the study eye
- No other condition that might interfere with the trial (as judged by the study doctor)
