Who can take part
- Your colorectal cancer has spread (metastatic) and was confirmed by pathology (a biopsy or surgery report).
- Your tumor is not known to be MSI-unstable or have the BRAF V600E mutation.
- You have 4 or fewer visible metastatic sites on scans, and it cannot be liver-only spread.
- Your main tumor is already removed or can be removed by surgery (not considered unresectable).
- All known metastatic lesions must be treatable with tumor “ablation” methods, and at least one spot must be eligible for targeted radiation (you’ll meet a radiation oncologist).
- You’re starting/continuing the study while on first-line metastatic treatment (usually 4–6 months), and you can meet basic health lab limits (bowel cancer team checks blood counts, kidney, and liver tests).
