Who can take part

  • You must have colorectal cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You cannot have had prior chemotherapy or other cancer drugs for advanced disease.
  • Your cancer must be a type called pMMR or MSS (not MSI-H or dMMR).
  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You need to be generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score of 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
