ICP-192 for FGFR2 fusion bile duct cancer that spread

Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma (ICC)

Who can take part

  • You’re 18 or older and able to sign consent
  • Your cancer is intrahepatic bile duct cancer that can’t be removed or has returned or spread, and it grew after at least one chemotherapy treatment
  • Your tumor test shows an FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement (checked by a central lab)
  • Your overall health is good enough (ECOG score 0 to 1) and you’re expected to live more than 3 months
  • You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that can be tracked
  • Your organs (blood, liver, kidneys) are strong enough, and you can follow the trial’s pregnancy prevention plan
