Who can take part
- Pathologically confirmed intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (cancer confirmed by tissue sample) within 12 weeks after surgical removal
- At least one high-risk feature such as tumor breaking through the liver capsule, multiple tumors, a single tumor larger than 5 cm, blood vessel invasion, or lymph node spread
- No prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or systemic cancer treatment
- Good overall health (ECOG score 0–2) and expected to live at least 3 months
- Adequate liver, kidney, and blood function
- Willingness to use effective birth control during the study and for 4 months after the last treatment dose
