Who can take part

  • Your overall health is good enough (ECOG 0–2) to do daily activities
  • You have at least 6 months of expected survival, based on the study’s medical estimate
  • You have a limited number of metastases: 1 to 5 total, involving up to 3 organs (including bones) and the metastases are confirmed by prior tests (known type/histology)
  • You have at least one bone metastasis that can be treated with this focused stereotactic radiation plan
  • Only a small number of treated spots are allowed: each new/related spot (same time, later, or growing despite prior treatment) must be treated with the goal of cure/control, not just symptom relief
