Who can take part

  • You have 1 to 5 cancer spots (metastases) that have not spread to many organs, with no more than 3 in any one organ.
  • Your cancer must be one of these types: colon, rectal, lung, breast, prostate, or kidney cancer.
  • Your overall health is good enough to be up and active most of the day (ECOG score 0-2).
  • Your disease is not getting worse on your current chemotherapy.
  • You have not had radiation to any of these cancer spots before.
  • Your life expectancy is more than 6 months (if you have brain spots, they are favorable).
