Pazopanib, with or without pembrolizumab, for metastatic soft-tissue cancer

Soft Tissue Sarcoma

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This Phase 2 trial tests pazopanib alone or together with pembrolizumab to slow or shrink metastatic soft-tissue sarcoma after prior chemotherapy. It may help some people by strengthening the anti-cancer effect compared with pazopanib by itself.
