Who can take part
- You have one of these sarcoma types: undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma, osteosarcoma, bone/Ewing sarcoma, or extra-skeletal sarcoma.
- Your cancer is advanced (metastatic or not removable) and has progressed after standard therapy.
- You must have documented tumor growth on scans using RECIST criteria (a standard way of measuring tumor changes).
- You can provide a recent enough tumor tissue sample (either archived tissue from less than 3 months ago or a new biopsy).
- You’ve had no more than 3 prior treatment “lines” (types of systemic therapy) for advanced cancer.
- You must be at least 18, feel well enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1), and have measurable disease on scan (and at least one tumor spot ≥ 10 mm).
