Who can take part
- You are age 18 or older.
- You have advanced or cannot-be-removed soft tissue sarcoma confirmed by pathology, and the type fits the study list.
- Your cancer got worse after at least one chemotherapy treatment within the last 6 months (for most types).
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scan, and your health status score (ECoG) is 0–1.
- Your organs work well enough for treatment (blood counts, kidneys, liver, and clotting tests meet limits).
- You have no major recent treatment issues: no recent immune-based cancer drugs, and your last anti-cancer treatment must be at least 4 weeks ago.
