Who can take part
- You have a confirmed B-cell blood cancer (like CLL/SLL, DLBCL, or other B-cell NHL).
- Your cancer has not responded to at least two prior standard treatments, or you had one prior treatment that included a BTK inhibitor and your cancer relapsed or did not respond.
- Your blood counts and organs must work well enough for treatment (neutrophils, platelets, and hemoglobin; kidneys; liver; and blood clotting tests).
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You must not have had a stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy recently (within the last 60 days).
- You must not have certain ongoing side effects from prior cancer treatment (for example, significant toxicity that is still grade 2 or higher).
