Who can take part
- Your cancer must be a type of B-cell blood cancer (like lymphoma, leukemia, or CLL) that has come back or is not responding to treatment.
- Your cancer cells must have a protein called CD19 on their surface.
- You must be feeling well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-2) and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys) must meet certain minimum levels.
- You cannot have active infections, significant heart problems, certain other cancers, or have had certain treatments too recently (like CAR-T in the last 3 months).
