Who can take part

  • You must be a woman after menopause
  • You have severe osteoporosis and just finished a full course of either romosozumab or teriparatide
  • You do not have other bone diseases besides postmenopausal osteoporosis
  • You have not taken other bone-affecting medications (like bisphosphonates) in the last year
  • Your kidneys are working well enough (creatinine clearance at least 60)
  • You do not have liver failure, any cancer, or uncontrolled endocrine diseases
  • Your vitamin D level is at least 20 ng/mL
  • You are not allergic to denosumab, zoledronate, teriparatide, or romosozumab
