Who can take part

  • You can understand and give verbal consent (no documentation of decision-making limits)
  • You agree to follow study steps and can be reached by phone during the study
  • You have unmet oral health needs from a short survey/question set
  • You must be an ER patient: adults 18+ or children over 1 year old with a parent/guardian
  • You can speak English or Spanish
  • You must have an ESI level of 2, 3, 4, or 5, and live in the study’s local catchment area
