Who can take part

  • You have metastatic prostate cancer with neuroendocrine differentiation (from biopsy or lab/genetic features).
  • Your Gallium 68 Dotatate PET scan must be positive, meaning the scan lights up more than normal liver tissue.
  • Your blood counts are strong enough: low infection-fighting cells, platelets, and hemoglobin must be above set limits.
  • Your kidneys and liver function are adequate (based on lab blood tests).
  • Your general health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–2) and your heart function is at least NYHA Class 2B.
  • You are not taking other cancer medicines during the study, and you must not use certain long-acting or short-acting “somatostatin” medicines right before/during treatment.
