- You have a known or suspected rare brain tumor, including CNS (brain/spinal cord) sarcoma or specific genetic tumor changes
- Your tumor may be hard to classify (for example, histology is ambiguous or unclassifiable)

- You were 46 years old or younger at diagnosis
