- You have a rare embryonal (early/developing-type) brain tumor in the central nervous system
- Your tumor diagnosis was made on or after January 1, 2010
- You are 25 years old or younger
- If you are 18 or older, you can sign consent; if under 18, a parent signs and you agree too
- Your case does not involve brain metastases that spread from a non-brain (extra-cranial) embryonal tumor
