Who can take part

  • You have a confirmed high-grade glioma (grade III or IV) such as glioblastoma, anaplastic astrocytoma, or similar types
  • You already had radiation plus the standard chemotherapy Temodar, and your cancer has progressed at least 3 months after chemoradiation (or progression is shown on biopsy/imaging)
  • You are 19 years or older
  • You are well enough to participate (ECOG performance status 0 to 2) and have recovered from side effects of prior treatment
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver test results meet required thresholds
  • If you can become pregnant, you must use effective birth control and have a recent negative pregnancy test
