Who can take part

  • You are 60 years or older
  • You are having your first (primary) total shoulder replacement (anatomical or reverse)
  • Your shoulder problem is due to arthritis or related conditions like rotator cuff tear arthritis
  • You can go back home after hospital discharge
  • You do not use a shoulder brace after surgery
  • You can understand instructions (spoken and written) and you can use a smartphone/tablet with internet or connectivity
