Who can take part
- You can attend scheduled study visits and you agree by signing informed consent
- You had immune side effects after PD-1 or PD-L1 (with or without CTLA-4) cancer immunotherapy
- Your symptoms from the immune side effects did not improve after steroids within 72 hours, or you cannot taper steroids down to 5 mg prednisone-equivalent
- You are not pregnant and can confirm you are not currently pregnant
- You weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 lb)
- You do not have known reasons you cannot safely receive ECP (for example, certain medication allergies to psoralen, eye lens removal history called aphakia, prior severe heparin-induced low platelets, serious circulation/heart limits, low blood count/hematocrit, or conditions that strongly increase sun/skin sensitivity)
