Who can take part
- You’re an adult (≥18 years in the US, or ≥21 years in Singapore)
- Your body weight is between about 40 kg and 100 kg at first, and up to 120 kg later in the study
- Your solid tumor is advanced and cannot be removed, and standard treatments either don’t work, aren’t tolerated, or don’t have proven benefit
- Your health and daily functioning are fairly good (performance status 0–2, depending on the study part)
- You can provide blood and organ tests showing enough liver, kidney, and bone marrow function
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample (from an existing sample or a new biopsy), unless your doctor decides biopsy isn’t safe for you
