Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that is not removable or has spread, and you have not had treatment for this stage.
- Your cancer has measurable spots the doctor can measure on scans.
- Your overall health is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0 or 1) and you expect to live at least 12 weeks.
- Your tumor test shows the Claudin18.2 marker (done by the study using tissue from the past 24 months or a new biopsy if needed).
