Who can take part

  • You’re at least 18 years old and have ES-SCLC confirmed by biopsy or fluid testing
  • After 3 to 4 cycles of atezolizumab plus carboplatin and etoposide, your scan response is complete response, partial response, or stable disease
  • Your energy level is good (ECOG score 0 to 1) and you’re able to follow study visits and instructions
  • Recent blood and organ tests are within required ranges (blood counts, kidney, liver) within the last 28 days
  • Your heart function is stable, with an ejection fraction of 40% or higher within the last 28 days
  • If you have brain metastases, they must be “quiet” (no recent seizures, no recent steroid use, and treatment finished/stable on scans)
