3D ultrasound scan to guide treatment decisions in liver cancer

Who can take part

  • You have liver metastases from colorectal low-grade adenocarcinoma, confirmed by biopsy or typical scan findings, and you are starting a new cancer treatment.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have at least one liver spot to measure at least 1 cm but no bigger than 14 cm that can be seen with ultrasound.
  • You can follow study instructions and are willing to have the ultrasound exams.
  • You can consent in writing (or have a legal representative if you cannot consent yourself).
  • You are not pregnant and not breastfeeding.
