  • You (or your child) have been diagnosed with amblyopia
  • Your child is between 3 and 12 years old
  • Your child can take part in amblyopia treatment as advised
  • You agree to follow-up visits about every 3 months
  • You have no prior amblyopia treatment history before joining the study
