Who can take part

  • Your child is 8 to 12 years old.
  • One eye has vision that is not as good as the other by at least 3 lines on an eye chart.
  • The weaker eye sees between 20/40 and 20/200 (with glasses if needed).
  • The stronger eye sees 20/25 or better (with glasses if needed).
  • The vision difference is due to strabismus (eye misalignment), different glasses prescriptions between eyes, or both.
  • Your child is willing to wear a headset for treatment and can commit to 19 weeks of either glasses alone, or special movies/games viewed through the headset.
