Who can take part
- You were diagnosed with cervical cancer (stage IB1 to IIA2) using the 2014 FIGO staging system
- You already had surgery for cervical cancer: radical hysterectomy plus pelvic lymph node removal, with no prior chemo or radiation before surgery
- You started postoperative radiation or combined radiation + chemotherapy within 1 week after admission to ZJPPH
- Your day-to-day function is good (ECOG performance status 0 to 2) and you can follow the study plan
- Blood counts and organ tests are within required limits (enough bone marrow, acceptable liver/kidney function) and your EKG is not significantly abnormal
- The study CT/MRI images must be clear near the L3 psoas muscle (no major artifacts), and you must not be allergic to platinum medicines like cisplatin or carboplatin
