  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You have (or are being followed for) one of these: polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, or myelofibrosis
  • Your care plan includes needing a bone marrow chromosome test (cytogenetics) now or soon
  • You can understand French, and you agree to have information collected and to join (no objections)
  • You have French social security coverage
