Who can take part
- You were previously diagnosed with a myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN), such as polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, or primary myelofibrosis.
- Your MPN has evolved into acute myeloid leukemia (AML), with at least 20% blasts (immature cells) in your bone marrow.
- A bone marrow sample was collected at the time of leukemia transformation, and it contains enough DNA and RNA for testing.
- You have given informed consent for your samples to be used in this research.
- You are affiliated with the French health insurance system.
