Who can take part

  • Be between 30 and 60 years old
  • Have insomnia where it takes more than 30 minutes to fall asleep at least 3 nights per week
  • In the month before starting, you did NOT travel across more than 2 time zones (jet lag/travel)
  • In the year before starting, you did NOT do shift work (changing work hours/night shifts)
  • You must be able to understand the study, share personal information, and sign consent
  • If you can become pregnant: you are not pregnant and not breastfeeding, and you use effective birth control during the study
