Who can take part

  • You have a doctor's diagnosis of insomnia disorder (chronic trouble sleeping).
  • Your insomnia is severe enough to score 15 or higher on a standard sleep questionnaire.
  • You do not have sleep apnea or another sleep disorder besides insomnia.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to get pregnant.
  • You do not work night shifts or travel across time zones more than 2 hours in the past week.
