  • You have a clinician diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
  • You are currently taking ticagrelor (a blood thinner/anti-platelet medicine).
  • You can understand the study and sign informed consent.
  • Your recent CT or MRI does not suggest bleeding in the brain.
  • You do not have a known allergy to ticagrelor.
