Who can take part

  • Be willing to sign consent and follow the study plan
  • Be age 18–80
  • Have good day-to-day function (ECOG 0–1)
  • Have not had lung cancer surgery before
  • Have never had chemotherapy or radiation for lung cancer before starting the study
  • Have an invasive lung adenocarcinoma that is ground-glass dominant, with tumor size 2–3 cm and scan “CTR” between 0 and 0.5 (and no spread to distant organs)
